INFORMATION FOR DATA PROCESSING
Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003

Dear Customer,
pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03, we inform you that the AFIDOP Association will process the personal data provided by you in compliance with current legislation regarding the confidentiality of personal data.

Purpose:
The processing of such data by AFIDOP is aimed at the conclusion and complete execution of contractual relationships with you, the processing of orders submitted by you, the fulfillment of legal obligations, the sending of any technical/advertising material.

Nature of the provision of data and consequences of a possible refusal to respond:
The provision of data to AFIDOP is mandatory for the provision of the requested service, for tax obligations, etc. and any refusal to provide such data will result in the failure to continue the relationship.

Treatment methods:
the processing of personal data collected by AFIDOP is carried out using paper and computerized methods. Personal data may become known to those in charge of data processing limited to the performance of the indicated purposes.

Communication and Dissemination:
the personal data collected by AFIDOP will be communicated and/or disseminated in compliance with the purposes specified above and the obligations established by current legislation to the following third parties: legal and tax consultancy companies or firms, credit institutions, companies with which there is a business relationship collaboration and, in general, to all those subjects to whom communication is necessary for the correct fulfillment of the purposes indicated above.

Transfer of data abroad:
Personal data may be transferred by AFIDOP to European Union countries and to other countries within the scope of the purposes indicated above and in compliance with Legislative Decree 196/2003.

The Data Controller is AFIDOP with headquarters in Via Torino, 146 – 00184 Rome
The data controller is Mr. Antonio Auricchio, to whose attention you can direct requests aimed at exercising the rights listed below.

Rights referred to in art. 7, Legislative Decree 196/2003
The interested party is entitled to exercise the rights referred to in the art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, including that of obtaining from the Data Controller confirmation of the existence or otherwise of one’s personal data and their making available in an intelligible form. The interested party has the right to know the origin of the data , the purpose and methods of the processing, the logic applied to the processing, the identification details of the Data Controller and the subjects to whom the data may be communicated; the interested party also has the right to obtain the updating, rectification and integration of data, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law; the interested party has the right to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of data, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection, and to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
